When will I hear back?
Our team listens to every application individually. We contact the artists we're a good fit for at the email address they leave in the form.
Can I move my tracks from another distributor?
Yes. We can transfer your catalog while keeping your existing ISRC codes, so your stream counts and playlist placements aren't lost.
Who keeps the rights to my songs?
You own your works. The scope and term of the agreement are set out in writing before you sign.
Someone is using my song without permission. What should I do?
Send the link and screenshots to legal@blackhousedistribution.com. Our legal team will review the case and take the necessary steps.
Can I distribute a song made with a purchased beat?
Yes, if your beat license allows commercial distribution. Sharing the license with your application speeds things up.
